The dish was full of what looked like water or oil. One of the tikka pieces was bad and chewy and I couldn’t eat it

Where to start? Firstly not getting what you order is a big one. Chicken tikka that doesn't exceed the authenticity I can produce at home, and a sauce which doesn't resemble anything I've ever been served with a kebab. Definitely not the chilli variant I opted for. Look it's this simple when you advertise a kebab which reads lamb tikka yet receive no lamb it's never going to go down well with the customer. I did call to complain only for the child on the other end of the phone to tell me that was no longer on the menu, that's the old menu that's online Come on now Really?

The mealzo del8very driver had forgotten to deliver my pepsi and there was no donner meat on my 10" peperoni pizza with extra chicken and donner meat

Cheese nachos had a thin layer of melted cheese over top of the crisps. None spread in-between the nachos . Meal was 90 % just the dry nachos. My donner kebab was minus salad and soggy pitta bread . Really disappointed as I am a regular customer . Food is always good but not last night meal which went straight in food bin

We ordered a galaxy and were given a ripple. We ordered haribo which weren’t included in the order so when we called we were told you don’t have any and if we give card details you can refund - no one made any attempt to call to say these weren’t available and if I hadn’t have called you wouldn’t have offered a refund. Poppadoms also wernt crunchy, they tasted slightly undercooked

App advised pick up at 5.50 pm , we arrived a couple of minutes before this. When we got home the food wasn't warm so the munch box must have been sitting out for a while before we collected it. The salad was also missing

Didn't wait long atol. menu easy to order from. this is one of our favourite takeaways but the food tonight wasn't great. chips undercooked popadoms soggy and the curry it's self not a lot of chicken and wasn't very warm
