Kebab meat like leather, place has went downhill

Service and delivery no complaints average wait time. Food quality- Kebab meat hard around the edges and curled, pizza wasnt cut into slices and came whole

I wasnt very impressed with the food seems to be since new staff have been there the food and service has got pretty poor almost all of what i received was verging on the inedible side most ended in the bin,the pakora was horrible ,the baked potato and filing was poor a tiny amount of chicken got a cheek to charge £1.50 extra,very poor i e been a customer of this plce since 2021 ordering 2/3 times a week.you have lost a good customer due to the very poor food qaulity

I ordered a pizza meal deal, but the pizza base & crust was burnt. Thats twice now it's been the same. Any other food I've had has been amazing.

This was very poor tonight .. not the usual high standard . I am a regular and have never had a reason to complain but tonight was not good . There was a box of salad with my meal which was brown and slimy and should never have been sent out . I was very disappointed .. what’s gone wrong tonight ?

It's been over a year since we last shopped here after too many bad experiences. What a difference in the enjoyment of our food when it's fresh, the chips aren't reheats and the kebab meats not dry and stale. Well done! Please keep up the effort in the food quality and we will be back again soon!

Best take out food i have had. They also give free coke or pakora sometimes. Delivery people are also very nice and delivery is very quick. I wouldnt order food from anywhere else.

Where to start? Firstly not getting what you order is a big one. Chicken tikka that doesn't exceed the authenticity I can produce at home, and a sauce which doesn't resemble anything I've ever been served with a kebab. Definitely not the chilli variant I opted for. Look it's this simple when you advertise a kebab which reads lamb tikka yet receive no lamb it's never going to go down well with the customer. I did call to complain only for the child on the other end of the phone to tell me that was no longer on the menu, that's the old menu that's online Come on now Really?

The mealzo del8very driver had forgotten to deliver my pepsi and there was no donner meat on my 10" peperoni pizza with extra chicken and donner meat

Cheese nachos had a thin layer of melted cheese over top of the crisps. None spread in-between the nachos . Meal was 90 % just the dry nachos. My donner kebab was minus salad and soggy pitta bread . Really disappointed as I am a regular customer . Food is always good but not last night meal which went straight in food bin
